# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 12 slider buns

→ Proteins

02 - 6 large eggs
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup diced cooked ham or cooked bacon

→ Produce

05 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions

→ Seasonings

06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - Hot sauce or ketchup for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in diced ham or cooked bacon and chopped green onions.
03 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until eggs are just set but still creamy, about 4-5 minutes.
04 - Slice slider buns in half horizontally and arrange bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
05 - Distribute cooked egg mixture evenly over bottom halves of slider buns. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
06 - Place top halves of slider buns over the cheese layer.
07 - Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
08 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are slightly toasted.
09 - Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - These breakfast sliders can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. Simply add 5-7 minutes to the covered baking time.
