# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
03 - 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 onion, chopped
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 cups potatoes or sweet potatoes, diced
07 - 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
08 - 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

→ Liquids

09 - 4 cups beef broth

→ Seasonings

10 - 1 tablespoon chili powder
11 - 1 teaspoon cumin
12 - Salt and pepper to taste
13 - Fresh cilantro for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
03 - Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot. Add potatoes, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, pinto beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
04 - Stir to combine, then cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
05 - Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with cornbread or crusty bread.
