Crab Stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuits

01 - 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

→ Crab Filling

04 - 1 pound cooked lump crab meat
05 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise, plus more if needed
08 - 1 tablespoon mustard
09 - 1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
10 - 1 cup grated parmesan

→ Topping

11 - Melted butter mixed with 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Make Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package directions. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray muffin tins with nonstick spray.
02 - Combine crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed crackers. Mix well, adding more mayonnaise if needed.
03 - With floured hands, form biscuit dough into cups. Fill each with crab mixture, then cover with more dough.
04 - Place filled biscuits in muffin tin and bake for 12-15 minutes.
05 - Brush hot biscuits with lemon butter mixture and serve.
