Crispy Fried Onion Rings (Print Version)

01 - 1 onion, sliced into 1/2-inch rings
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1/2 cup milk
05 - 1 cup panko bread crumbs
06 - Vegetable oil for frying (enough for 2-inch depth)

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk mixture, and one with panko bread crumbs.
02 - Coat onion rings first in flour, then egg mixture, and finally in bread crumbs. Set aside on a plate.
03 - Add vegetable oil to a small saucepan to 2-inch depth. Heat to 375 degrees F over medium heat.
04 - Fry coated onions until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
05 - Transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Season with salt while hot to maintain crispiness.
