Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 450g ground beef

→ Cheeses

02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 115g cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

→ Dough & Fats

09 - 1 can (450g) refrigerated biscuit dough
10 - 2 tbsp butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
03 - Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until well combined. Remove from heat.
04 - Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a circle.
05 - Place a spoonful of beef-cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal completely.
06 - Combine melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the tops of the formed bombs.
07 - Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
08 - Allow bombs to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
