Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
02 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
03 - 0.5 cup milk (2%)
04 - 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
05 - 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Add heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla extract into a medium-sized pot. Whisk very well until the condensed milk is fully incorporated.
02 - Add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract, and whisk again until well combined.
03 - Place the pot on the stovetop over medium heat. Heat while stirring for about 4-6 minutes, but do not bring to a boil.
04 - Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Store the mixture in a lidded container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
05 - Mix the creamer into hot or cold coffee as desired.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust the ratio of heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and milk to your preferred creaminess.
02 - For a dairy-free version, use almond milk and cream of coconut.
03 - If you are out of pumpkin pie spice, make your own by combining ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground allspice, and ground cloves.
04 - Use canned pumpkin for better consistency and avoid pumpkin pie filling, which contains added sweeteners and spices.
05 - Shake the container before each use to redistribute any settled ingredients.
