Mongolian Beef Rice Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 garlic cloves, minced fine.
02 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
03 - 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger.
04 - Salt and black pepper for taste.
05 - 8 ounces rice noodles.
06 - 1/3 cup coconut aminos.
07 - 1/4 cup hoisin sauce.
08 - 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour.
09 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil.
10 - 1/3 cup broth (beef, chicken or vegetable).
11 - 1/2 cup green onions, chopped.
12 - Sesame seeds for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil rice noodles following package directions. Drain and set aside. You can rinse with cold water if needed.
02 - Mix coconut aminos, hoisin sauce, broth and arrowroot flour in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Cook minced garlic in hot oil until fragrant. Add beef and ginger, break up meat while cooking until no longer pink.
04 - Pour sauce over cooked beef, stir well. Add noodles and toss until everything is coated. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

# Notes:

01 - Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
02 - Can substitute regular noodles if gluten-free isn't needed.
