Easy Pepperoni Cheese Crisps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella-parmesan blend)
02 - 12 slices pepperoni
03 - 1/4 cup sugar-free tomato sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place 1 tablespoon portions of shredded cheese in small piles, leaving space between each.
02 - When cheese begins to bubble (about 1 minute), place one pepperoni slice on top of each cheese pile.
03 - Cook until cheese edges brown and crisp, then flip and cook pepperoni side for 30 seconds. Serve warm with tomato sauce.
