Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place 1 tablespoon portions of shredded cheese in small piles, leaving space between each.

When cheese begins to bubble (about 1 minute), place one pepperoni slice on top of each cheese pile.

Cook until cheese edges brown and crisp, then flip and cook pepperoni side for 30 seconds. Serve warm with tomato sauce.
