Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough.
02 - 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 cubes.
03 - 36 pepperoni slices.
04 - ⅓ cup pizza sauce.
05 - 3 tablespoons butter.
06 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning.
07 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F and spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
02 - Roll pizza dough into rectangle and cut into 12 squares.
03 - Add sauce, pepperoni, and cheese cube to each square.
04 - Fold edges around filling, pinch to seal, place seam-side down in muffin pan.
05 - Cook for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Brush with butter mixed with Italian seasoning, sprinkle with Parmesan.

01 - Can be made ahead and frozen.
02 - Works with various pizza toppings.
03 - Can use biscuit dough instead of pizza dough.
