Turn dough onto a clean surface and divide into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a smooth ball. Create the bagel shape by pushing your thumb through the center and gently stretching the dough in a circular motion. Place shaped bagels on your prepared baking sheet and let rest 5-10 minutes.
