Red Velvet Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Unsalted butter, melted - 3/4 cup.
02 - Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped - 2 ounces.
03 - Granulated sugar - 1 1/4 cups.
04 - Large eggs - 2.
05 - Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons.
06 - White vinegar - 1 teaspoon.
07 - Red gel food coloring - 1/2 tablespoon.
08 - Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons.
09 - All-purpose flour - 1 1/4 cups.
10 - Salt - 1/4 teaspoon.
11 - White chocolate chips - 1/2 cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 pan with parchment.
02 - Microwave butter and chocolate in 30-second increments until melted.
03 - Stir in sugar, eggs one at a time, vanilla, vinegar, and food coloring.
04 - Sift and mix in cocoa, flour, and salt until just combined. Optional: fold in chips.
05 - Pour in pan, bake 30-35 minutes until toothpick has moist crumbs.

01 - Cool completely before cutting.
