Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups Oreo crumbs.
02 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 24 ounces (680g) cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1 cup sour cream.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 3 large eggs.
08 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
09 - 1 teaspoon red food coloring.
10 - ½ cup crushed Oreos.
11 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
12 - ½ cup heavy cream.
13 - Whipped cream for decoration.
14 - Mini Oreos for decoration.
15 - Red velvet cake crumbs for decoration.
16 - Sprinkles for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F and grease 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter, press into pan, bake 10 minutes.
03 - Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla.
04 - Mix in eggs one at a time, then cocoa powder and food coloring. Fold in crushed Oreos.
05 - Pour into crust and bake 60-70 minutes until set.
06 - Turn off oven, cool inside for 1 hour with door cracked, then refrigerate 4+ hours.
07 - Melt chocolate chips with cream, drizzle over chilled cake.
08 - Top with whipped cream, mini Oreos, cake crumbs, and sprinkles.
