# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
02 - ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
04 - 1 ½ cups 2% milk
05 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

06 - ½ cup chopped peanuts
07 - ½ cup miniature chocolate chips
08 - 1 cup miniature marshmallows

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, cook and stir the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until smooth and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
02 - Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Whisk in the heavy cream, 2% milk, and vanilla extract. Refrigerate until cold.
03 - Pour the mixture into the canister of an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s directions. Stir in chopped peanuts, miniature chocolate chips, and miniature marshmallows halfway through the freezing process.

# Notes:

01 - Makes approximately 1 ½ quarts of ice cream.
02 - If peanuts are not preferred or there is a peanut allergy, substitute with ½ cup of chopped walnuts or almonds.
03 - To make classic chocolate ice cream, churn the base without adding mix-ins.
04 - A 2-quart ice cream maker is recommended for this recipe. If using a smaller ice cream maker, churn in batches.
05 - Churning time may vary depending on your ice cream maker.
