Seafood Spinach Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 7 ounces peeled and chopped shrimp.
02 - 5 ounces flaked crab meat.
03 - 2 cups chopped fresh spinach leaves.
04 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup plain sour cream.
06 - 1/2 cup regular mayonnaise.
07 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella.
08 - 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan.
09 - 3 cloves minced fresh garlic.
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
13 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
14 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 375°F.
02 - Put olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until it wilts down, about 2-3 minutes. Take it off the heat.
03 - In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth and creamy.
04 - Stir in both kinds of cheese, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
05 - Mix in the cooked spinach, chopped shrimp, and crab meat until everything is well blended.
06 - Spread the mixture in a baking dish. Put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it's hot and bubbly with a golden top.
