Combine the ground turkey, maple syrup, vinegar, sea salt, herbs, and spices in a large mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to mix until evenly combined.

Divide the turkey mixture into 8 equal portions (about 2 ounces each). Form each into a ball, then flatten to approximately a 3-inch diameter and ½-inch thickness. Ensure uniform size for even cooking.

Heat ½ tablespoon of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once hot, cook several patties in the pan without overcrowding. Brown one side for 4–5 minutes before flipping.

Flip the patties and cook an additional 4–5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining patties, adding ½ tablespoon of olive oil as needed.
