7-Day Diet Weight Loss Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 head cabbage, chopped.
02 - 1 cup celery, diced.
03 - 1 cup white or yellow onion, diced.
04 - 1 cup carrots, diced.
05 - 1 green bell pepper, diced.
06 - 2-3 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 4 cups chicken broth.
08 - 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic.
09 - 1 teaspoon oregano.
10 - 1 teaspoon basil.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
12 - Black pepper to taste.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat.
02 - Add celery, onions, peppers and carrots. Cook until starting to soften.
03 - Stir in garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
04 - Pour in broth, then add tomatoes and cabbage.
05 - Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook until cabbage is tender.
06 - Add all seasonings, taste and adjust if needed.

01 - Keeps for about 3 days in fridge.
02 - Can add different vegetables for variety.
