Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan well with cooking spray, making sure to coat sides and corners.

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix in cheese until coated with flour.

In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter and squeezed-dry zucchini. Pour this into the flour mixture.

Stir everything just until mixed - don't overmix. Pour into your pan and smooth the top.

Put in oven for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Mix melted butter with garlic powder, salt, onion powder and parsley. Brush this over the hot bread.

Let bread cool 5 minutes in pan, then take it out to cool completely on a rack.
