Cheesy Zucchini Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 tablespoon white sugar.
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt.
05 - 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 1 cup whole milk.
07 - 1 large egg.
08 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter.
09 - 1 cup shredded and drained zucchini.
10 - 1/4 cup melted butter for topping.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley.
12 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 1/8 teaspoon onion powder.
14 - 1/8 teaspoon coarse salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan well with cooking spray, making sure to coat sides and corners.
02 - Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix in cheese until coated with flour.
03 - In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter and squeezed-dry zucchini. Pour this into the flour mixture.
04 - Stir everything just until mixed - don't overmix. Pour into your pan and smooth the top.
05 - Put in oven for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder, salt, onion powder and parsley. Brush this over the hot bread.
07 - Let bread cool 5 minutes in pan, then take it out to cool completely on a rack.

# Notes:

01 - Squeeze excess water from zucchini before using.
02 - Make sure cheese is coated in flour to prevent sinking.
03 - Great for sandwiches or as a side dish.
